Return Process

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the product remains protected during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Generate and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
